Shrem Group is a private development group with 35 years experience, specializing in unique residential and commercial buildings.

The group developed real-estate projects in North America mostly in Connecticut and NYC from 1988 to 2007 over 5000 single-family houses, residential and commercial buildings.

From 2009 until 2013 the group develop in Bulgaria, Sofia and Plovdiv over 1300 residential units.

Since 2015 the group activity has been focusing on the Spanish market, targeting mainly residential and commercial properties in Barcelona.
